A wider product range from one source
The two Norwegian companies, Nerliens Meszansky AS and IT Instrument-Teknikk AS will coordinate their activities.
The reason for coordinating the companies’ activities is to strengthen their competitive edge by providing a wider range of products and technical services to their common main markets; hospitals and universities, industry and general research.
The company will carry on the business of the two companies under the name Nerliens Meszansky AS. Instrument-Teknikk provides high tech knowledge and products within chromatography, spectroscopy and liquid handling. The merger of the two companies allows the thousands of established customers to continue their collaboration with a Norwegian owned company and give access to a wider range of high quality products and technical services.
The companies represent several distinguished and well-established manufacturers, among others; Beckman Coulter, Bruker Daltonics, Canberra, Copan, Dionex, Foss, Gilson and Promega. The physical coordination is planned to take place during January 2011.
The head office will be in the premises of Nerliens Meszansky AS in Oslo.
